Company users must have a CONNECT user ID to sign in to AVEVA Contract Risk Management. Once their user ID has been created in CONNECT, a company user with the Administration - User Maintenance permission must set up their account in AVEVA Contract Risk Management.
Note Contractor users, also known as contractor contacts, are managed in the Company Portal in the Contractors area. See Contractor contacts for more information.
Company users are able to log in to the Company Portal. The areas which they can access such as administrative functions, Pre Award or Post Award depend on the user role which they have been assigned.
A company user cannot be deleted if they are involved in a contract or tender, but their account can be disabled if necessary by the CONNECT administrator.
