Review schedule item

The Review schedule item facilitates reviews of tender documents through AVEVA Contract Risk Management. Users can add documents to the tender and allow other users to review these documents and add any notes or comments. The email functionality also allows you to involve external users in the review process.

The Review schedule item process is:

  1. Start the Review schedule item (see Start and complete schedule items).

  2. Set up one or more reviews (see Create a tender document review):

    1. Attach tender documents to send for review.

    2. Select reviewers.

    3. Provide any other information and assign the review.

  3. The reviewers complete their reviews (see Perform tender document reviews).

  4. Assess the reviews (see Manage document reviews).

    They can be escalated if necessary (see Manage document reviews).

  5. Close the reviews (see Manage document reviews).

  6. Complete the Review schedule item (see Start and complete schedule items).
