Add supporting notes and attachments to stage gate packages

  1. Navigate to the View Package page for the required stage gate. This is the page to which you are directed when you create a stage gate package.

    Note Alternatively you can access the View Package page by navigating to the stage gate home page and clicking View Package.

  2. Click Add Note and select Create.

    The Add Note and Attachment page is displayed.

  3. Enter the package note in the Note Text text box.

  4. Click Browse to attach a document.

    The Choose File to Upload window is displayed.

  5. Locate the document you want to attach, and click Open.

  6. Click Save.

    A warning message is displayed.

  7. Click OK.

    A confirmation message is displayed.

    Note Supporting notes and attachments are contained in the stage gate package which is sent to the Responsible Party.

    Note To delete a note from a stage gate package, click the icon for the required note.
