Revoke a temporary delegation of authority

You can revoke a delegation that you have assigned. Users with the Business Unit - Manage Temporary Delegation Of Authority permission can also revoke any delegation in their business unit.

Note Select Include Revoked Temporary Delegations of Authority on the Configure a Temporary Delegation of Authority page to view details of revoked authority delegations.

To revoke a temporary delegation of authority:

1. Click the User Profile icon on the navigation bar to open the user menu.

2. Click Delegate Authority.

   The Manage Temporary Delegations of Authority page is displayed.

3. Click the drop-down arrow assigned to the delegation you want to revoke and select Revoke Delegation from the menu.

   The Revoke Temporary Delegation of Authority page is displayed.

4. Enter a message to the delegate in the Message to Delegate text box.

5. Click OK.

   A confirmation message is displayed.
