The Notifications icon on the navigation bar indicates the number of your unread notifications for:
-
Contract obligations
These notifications are for obligations to which you are assigned as the responsible party. They are created on the due date of the obligation and on any optional reminder date. See Contract obligations for more information.
-
Tender messages
Notifications are created when a message is received from a contractor in a tender which you have permission to view messages for. See Tender messages for more information.
-
File imports
Files of project/dept control accounts and contract setup data can be imported into AVEVA Contract Risk Management. These are processed in the background, and notifications created when the processing is finished to indicate whether the import was successful or had errors. For more information, see:
To view your notifications:

Click the
Notifications icon to open the My Work tab of the navigation bar.

The notification is automatically marked as read.
To manually mark a notification as read, select its check box.
Note Marking a tender message notification as read does not mark the message as read.
To dismiss a notification from the list, move the cursor over the right-hand side
to display the icon. Click this to start the dismissal; you can cancel it by clicking
before the notification disappears.
Note Notifications for obligations which are no longer overdue or for which you are no longer a member of the responsible party, and for tender messages to which you no longer have access, are still shown, and must be dismissed manually.
