Delete items from tender schedules

Note Mandatory schedule items cannot be deleted.

Stage gates added at the tender template stage cannot be deleted. Stage gates added to the tender schedule can be deleted.

The following users can delete schedule items from a tender schedule:

  • Tender administrators.

  • Any tender team member with the Tender - Write Access permission.

To delete an item from a tender schedule:

  1. Navigate to the home page of the tender. If necessary, click the Schedule tab.

  2. From the Schedule Actions menu, select Edit Schedule.

    The Edit Schedule page is displayed.

  3. Select the item you want to delete.

  4. Click Delete.

    A warning message is displayed.

  5. Click OK.

    A confirmation message is displayed.
