A contract's library is the central repository for all documents related to the contract.
Note Communication attachments are not visible in the contract library, but a complete list can be viewed using the Contract File Search - see Search for contract documents.
Document properties and user access
The following table details how the visibility of contract library documents to users depends on the options set for the documents. The Confidential access for a user depends on their contract role - see Contract roles.
It shows information for standard contracts only - see The framework agreement library and The call off Library below for details for other types of contract.

The framework agreement library
A feature unique to framework agreements is the ability for users without a contract role for a framework agreement team members to view non-confidential documents in its library. This exception allows any company user to view non-confidential framework agreement library documents. This allows any user interested in using the framework agreement to purchase the goods or services supplied under the terms of the agreement to view any necessary documentation such as scope of work documents or service level agreements.
Non-confidential framework agreement documents are also available from a tabbed area of the call off library. This provides users with call off contract roles with quick access to the most recent version of all non-confidential framework agreement documents.
The following table lists document properties and user access.

The Call Off Library
Documents in the call off library can be accessed by users with a contract role for the call off. In order for the call off contract users to have quick access to the latest version of framework agreement library documents, the call off library has a Framework Agreement Library tab. Users with a call off contract role can access all non-confidential documents in the framework agreement library, and can view any framework agreement document that they have permission for.
The following table lists document properties and user access.
