Publish a draft business process role

Before a contract or tender (stage gate) business process role can be published for use, it must have at least one member added to it.
Business process roles in Organization, business unit and project/dept Best Practice Libraries can be published without members.
The following users can publish a business process role:

Organization Best Practice Library: users with the Maintain Organisation Best Practice Library permission

Business unit Best Practice Library: users with one of the following sets of permissions:
-
the Manage Business Unit Best Practice Library permission for the business unit
-
the Access Across Business Units AND the Manage Business Unit Best Practice Library permission

Project/dept Best Practice Library: the Project Administrator
-
Contract Configuration: users with the following contract roles:
-
Contract Owner
-
Contract Administrator
-
Contract Process Owner
-
Company Representative
-
-
Tender (Stage Gate Configuration): the tender administrators
To publish a business process role:

Navigate to the Best Practice Library for the Organization, business unit or project/dept, or the Contract or Stage Gate Configuration page.

Select the Business Process Roles tab.
The Business Process Roles page is displayed.

Click the name of the business process role you want to view.
The Business Process Role page is displayed.

Click Publish.
A confirmation message is displayed. Click OK if you are sure you want to publish the business process role.
Alternatively:

Navigate to the Best Practice Library for the Organization, business unit or project/dept, or the Contract or Stage Gate Configuration page.

Select the Business Process Roles tab.
The Business Process Roles page is displayed.

Click the
drop-down arrow for the business process role you want to publish, and select
Publish from the menu.
A confirmation message is displayed. Click OK if you are sure you want to publish the business process role.
