AVEVA Contract Risk Management can automatically insert specific data from tenders or contracts into documents generated in them from document templates.
Custom fields are created and added to Microsoft Word documents. These customized documents are then added to the reference library and used to build AVEVA Contract Risk Management document templates. The templates can be used in tenders and contracts to generate a document with relevant information inserted into the document fields.
Using a similar functionality, AVEVA Contract Risk Management can also generate documents containing specific user and contractor information using Mail Merge functionality.
