The Financial Health page

The Financial Health page displays information about the contract's budget, commitment and change values and expenditure values. Commitment/change and expenditure are classified as potential, pending or approved amounts.

It has two views:

• The Summary view includes a graphical representation of commitment and expenditure values, compared to the Approved Contract Budget and Not to Exceed Contract Value.

• The Breakdown view shows a detailed breakdown of the financial values for the contract breakdown items and line items.

A contract's financial health can be viewed by users in the following contract roles:

• Contract Owner

• Contract Administrator

• Company Representative

• Contract Auditor

• Contract Budget Holder

  Note The Financial Health page is only accessible to users with a contract role that has Confidential access.

To view a contract's financial health:

1. Navigate to the home page of the contract whose financial health you want to view.

2. Click the Financial Health tab.

   The Financial Health page for the current contract is displayed. By default, values are shown in the contract base currency.

3. You can swap between the Summary and Breakdown views using the drop-down filter. For more details, see:
