The navigation bar

From the navigation bar, you can access personalized lists of alerts, dashboards, and administrative pages (including for the Organization and Projects/Depts). You can also search AVEVA Contract Risk Management (see Search).

The navigation bar displays your location in AVEVA Contract Risk Management (Business Unit > Project/Dept) when applicable - click the links to navigate to the Business Unit or Project/Dept.

It also has the following icons:

- Jumps to your home page.

- Displays the number of unread notifications for contract obligations, tender messages and file imports. Click to open the Notifications list on the My Work tab of the navigation bar. See Notifications.

- Opens the search on the navigation bar. See Search.

- Opens AVEVA Contract Risk Management help.

- Opens the user menu, from which you can access the user settings and language settings, and log out. You can also manage temporary delegation of authority from this menu; for more information, see Temporary delegation of authority.

When opened (by clicking on the logo or a blank area of the bar), the navigation bar provides access to:

• Search functionality.

• Their core user settings.

• My Work tab:

  • Shortcuts to various tasks and alerts that require their attention.

  • Shortcuts to user dashboards.

  • Notifications.

• Manage tab (depending on user roles and permissions):

  • Organization framework agreements

  • Organization reports

  • Contractor management

  • User management

  • Organization and system setup and standards such as reference documents and templates

  • Project/dept maintenance

  • The Recycle Bin

  • Information about AVEVA Contract Risk Management.

Click the logo again to close the navigation bar.
