View Widget dashboards

Only users with the Analytics API Access user role permission can view the Widget dashboards area in the AVEVA Contract Risk Management Company Portal.

Only the data for the business unit to which the user belongs is displayed, even if they have access to all business units. To access data across all business units, the user must have the Analytics API Access Across Business Units permission and use a third-party reporting application such as Power BI.

To view the Widgets dashboards:

1. Open the navigation bar. If necessary, click the My Work tab.

2. From the User Dashboards menu, select Widget Dashboards.

3. The Widgets page is displayed, showing a tab for each dashboard you have previously added:

   • Standard dashboards created by an Administrator

   • Personal dashboards

4. Click a dashboard tab to view the widgets included on that dashboard.

From the Widgets page you can:

• Add new dashboards - see Add standard widget dashboards and Add personal widget dashboards.

• Copy a dashboard to create a new personal dashboard - see Add personal widget dashboards.

• Use options on the drop-down menu for the current dashboard tab to:

  • Add widgets (personal dashboards only) - see Configure personal widget dashboards.

  • Edit the dashboard (personal dashboards only) - see Edit personal widget dashboard details.

  • Delete the dashboard; for a standard dashboard, this removes it from the Widgets area, but does not delete the dashboard from the system.

• Click the Minimize and Restore buttons on the title bar of a widget to hide and show its contents.

• See when the source data for the current dashboard was last updated, and when it is due to be next updated.

  Note You must manually refresh your dashboard to see data updates.
