Tender schedule notes

Notes can be added to schedule items. These can be used to record, for example, sign-off forms or other supporting process documentation.

All notes and attachments added to schedule items are listed in the Tender Library - see Tender library.

View tender schedule notes

The following users can view tender schedule notes:

  • Tender administrators.

  • Any tender team member.

  • Any user with the Business Unit - Audit Access to Tenders in Business Unit and the Access Across all Business Units user role permissions

To view tender schedule notes:

  1. Navigate to the home page of the tender. If necessary, click the Schedule tab.

  2. From the Schedule Actions menu, select Notes.

    The Schedule Notes page is displayed.

    Note Schedule notes with attachments are marked with an icon on the Schedule Notes page.

Add notes to the tender schedule

Only tender administrators can add tender schedule notes:

To add a note to a tender schedule:

  1. Navigate to the Schedule Notes page.

  2. Click Add Note and select Create.

    The Add Note page is displayed.

  3. Enter a note in the Note Text field.

  4. If required, click Browse and select the document you want to attach to the note.

    Note Fields marked with an asterisk fa-asterisk are required.

  5. Click Save.

    The new note is displayed on the Schedule Notes page.
