View the stage gate package

Click the link to AVEVA Contract Risk Management in your notification email.

If necessary, sign in to AVEVA Contract Risk Management.

The Stage Gate Action Process page is displayed.

The Read tab is displayed. This is an informative screen providing information and instructions about the stage gate package and the tender in which the package was created.

Note You can click the link in the Requested by field to view contact information for the user that issued the stage gate package. Click the link in the Tender field to view an overview of the tender from which the approval request has been issued.

Read the instructions in the Package Instructions section of the page.

Click the Review tab.

This screen provides an overview of information supporting the approval request.

The Supporting Notes and Attachments section of the page display details of any notes added to the approval request. Information in the Additional Information section references any relevant tender information.

Click Download Stage Gate Package to download a zip file containing all documents that support the approval request. The information displayed on-screen is also captured in a PDF document contained within the zip file. The zip file may be emailed to members of the Responsible Party that do not have access to AVEVA Contract Risk Management.

Note Emails initiated and communicated outside of AVEVA Contract Risk Management cannot be recorded in the audit log.

Note To access the Stage Gate Action Process page without your notification email, open the navigation bar, select My Current Tasks from the User Dashboards menu, and click the link for your approval task.

When you have a new approval task that requires attention, you are also notified through an alert on the navigation bar. Click Stage Gate Tasks from the Alerts menu to access your task list.
