Business Units

AVEVA Contract Risk Management is organized in a hierarchal format. At the top level of the hierarchy is the organization. Beneath the organization are the various business units which contain projects and departments.

Business units are created and maintained by the Administrator - see Business unit administration.
In the Company Portal, you can:

View and maintain business unit Best Practice Libraries - see Best Practice Libraries and Contract/Stage Gate Configuration.

Run business unit reports.
View a business unit home page

Click the name of the business unit in the navigation bar.
The Business Unit Home page is displayed, with a list of the project/departments it contains.
Tip If no business unit name is displayed in the navigation bar, click Go to My Preferred Project to display a project/dept home page. Its business unit name will be shown in the navigation bar.

If necessary, select the required business unit from the drop-down list. The page is refreshed.
