Copy documents from a library

To copy documents from a library:

  1. Navigate to the area of AVEVA Contract Risk Management to which you want to copy a document from the library.

  2. Click the icon , and select Reference Library or Project/Dept Library as required from the menu.

    The Select Library Files page is displayed.

  3. Use the + icon to expand the folder containing the document you want to copy from the Folders menu.

    The folder contents are displayed in the Folder panel.

  4. Select the documents you want to add.

  5. Click Add.

    The selected document is copied to the selected tender/contract library and a confirmation message is displayed.
