Communication template commercial audit log

To view a communication template's commercial audit log, which contains a history of changes:

1. Navigate to the Best Practice Library for the Organization, business unit or project/dept, or the Contract Configuration page.

2. Select the Communication Templates tab.

   The Communication Templates page is displayed.

3. Click the drop-down arrow for the communication template you want to view the changes for, and select View History from the menu.

   The Communication Template History window is displayed, in which you can see all the logged changes to the communication template.

These include:

• When the communication template was added, and the values of its fields.

• Changes that were made to the values of the communication template fields.
