AVEVA Contract Risk Management 9​.0

AVEVA Contract Risk Management 9.0 has a number of feature enhancements that improve the user experience.

Feature enhancements

• All users of AVEVA Contract Risk Management now sign in using a CONNECT user ID, rather than a username and password.

  Your user ID is the email address of your previous AVEVA Contract Risk Management account. Contact your administrator for further details.

  New company users are created in CONNECT, and AVEVA Contract Risk Management administrators must then update their details so they can sign in. See Update pending users.

  Any contractor contacts who require a CONNECT user ID can be identified in AVEVA Contract Risk Management. See View contractor contacts requiring logins.

  For more information about how the previous accounts can be migrated to CONNECT, administrators should contact their account manager.

• Communication reviews can now have required reviewers, who are able to complete the review and select an overall review decision; previously only the Review Administrator could do this. See Perform a communication review for full details.

  The Review Status and Review Summary have been removed, and a Reviewers tab added on which the review decisions for each reviewer are displayed, as well as whether the reviewer is required to complete the review.

Minor updates

• The actual start and end dates of completed tender schedule items can be edited. A new company role permission, Edit Schedule Item Actual Dates has been added to support this. See Edit schedule item actual dates.

• Contractors can now see the communication stories (groups of linked communications) that contract communications belong to.

Deprecated features

• Contractors can no longer self-register for AVEVA Contract Risk Management.

• Standard reports have been removed.

• Historical data is no longer available through the AVEVA Contract Risk Management Analytics API.

• Questionnaire functionality, including qualification, prequalification and performance review questionnaires, has been removed.

• The Publication schedule item has been removed; tender opportunities can no longer be published to the Contractor Portal.

• The link functionality which allowed the inclusion of external links on pages such as the tender and contract dashboards has been removed.
