Export a list to save the list as an XML document.
The XML schema defines the controls and properties of the controls for the list. After successfully exporting a list, you can import the XML document to create similar lists.
To export a list

In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, click Tools, and then click Manage List. The Manage List page appears.

Right-click on a list, and then click Design List (or click on a list, and then on the action bar, click Design). The List Designer page appears.

On the action bar, click Export. The Save As dialog box appears.

Click Save. The list is exported as an XML document, and the Save As dialog box is closed.
