Galaxy Objects Not Visible in System Platform IDE After Uninstalling WT2023R2

Issue:

After successfully uninstalling AVEVA Work Tasks 2023 R2 on a machine with AVEVA System Platform 2023 R2 SP1 (SP2023R2SP1) and AVEVA Work Tasks 2023 R2 installed, and rebooting the machine, the Galaxy Objects are not visible in the System Platform IDE. This issue occurs whether you connect to an existing Galaxy or create a new one.

Cause:

This issue may arise due to missing dependencies, such as specific font files, after the uninstallation process.

Resolution:

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

1. Download the Roboto font from a reliable source.

2. Install the font on the affected machine.

3. Restart the System Platform IDE and verify the visibility of Galaxy objects.
