View Effective Security Rights for User or Role

You can use the View Effective Security Rights for User or Role page to view the effective security group and its definition, based on the selected role or user.

To view Security Rights for User or Role

1. Log on to the Enterprise Console.

2. Click Repository Settings. The Repository Settings page appears.

3. Click Standard Settings tab.

   • Click View Effective Security Rights For User/Role to view the effective security for a specified user or role at Repository level.

   • Click View Security Mapping at Repository Level to view the security mapping for all users or roles at Repository level.
