This section shows the different ways to replace a user:

  • Queue: This option in Replace User allows you to replace the participants of a queue with an alternate actor.

  • BAM: This option allows you to replace the email address of the user who is configured to receive BAM alerts of a workflow with an alternate user's email address.

  • Work Items: The Work Items option allows you to replace an actor to whom the work item is assigned with an alternate actor.

  • Alternate Actors: The Alternate Actor option allows you to replace an actor who is set as an alternate actor with an alternate user.
