You can replace a user at different levels of repository configuration:

System User: The System User option allows you to replace an actor who is the system user with an alternate user.

Repository Administrator: The Repository Administrator option allows you to replace the repository administrator with an alternate user.

Repository Level Security Group Resource Mapping:The Repository Level Security Group Resource Mapping option allows you to replace the user who is mapped to a security group other than the administrator with an alternate actor.

Exception Mail Settings: The Exception Mail Settings option allows you to replace an user who is configured to receive exception mails with the Alternate User.
