Steps to Localize Repository Name in Enterprise Console

To Localize Repository Name in Enterprise Console

1. Follow the steps given in the link Steps to Localize AVEVA Work Tasks.

2. The repository name cannot include some characters for example certain UTF-8 and ASCII characters. To facilitate user understanding, the repository name can be localized by adding a key in the Locales folder.

Example: If the repository name is 'Human Resource' and the user wants to localize it to its Chinese equivalent '人力资源 ', the following key has to be added in the Locales folder:

SK_RepositoryDisplayName_Human Resource: 人力资源

The localized repository name will be displayed in:

3. Enterprise Console menu

4. Process Designer

5. Forms Designer

Note: The name displayed in the Database, Exception mails, and Logger Console cannot be localized. These will retain and display the original Repository name.
