To install AVEVA Work Tasks Pro application

Download the AVEVA Work Tasks Pro application from the relevant store. The AVEVA Work Tasks Pro icon appears on the device screen.

Tap Accept to agree to the End User License Agreement and configure the application.
To configure AVEVA Work Tasks Pro application
To get started with using the AVEVA Work Tasks Pro app, you need to set the configuration.
Access Account
If you are opening the application for the first time, the Manage Account screen appears automatically.

To access the Manage Account screen, swipe from the left edge of the screen, and then tap Manage Account.
Configure Server

Server Path: Enter the URL of the Enterprise Console. For using the application with Azure, enter the Azure URL of the Enterprise Console.

Repository: In the Repository list, tap on a repository name. When you tap on the repository control, the repositories and providers are populated.

Provider: In the Provider list, tap on a provider name.
Configure Credentials

User Name: Enter your user name.

Password: Enter your password.
To access through Microsoft Entra ID
If your account is added as a federated user account to Microsoft Entra ID, you are automatically navigated to the Microsoft Login page (company login page).
To access through Microsoft Entra ID,

In the Email box, type your email ID.

Click Sign In.
Note:
- If you do not have the privileges to access Microsoft Entra ID, an error message
appears indicating that you are not authorized to access this account.
To access through AVEVA Identity Manager
To access the AVEVA Work Tasks Pro app using AIM authentication, enter the following details in the AVEVA Identity Manager login page:

User Name: Enter the user name.

Password: Enter the password.
To save Configuration

LOG ON: Tap to save the configuration information and log in to the application.
To scan Account Settings using the QR Code
You can generate a QR code in the Farm Configuration Wizard to store settings such as Server Path, Repository, and Provider. You can then scan this QR code in the AVEVA Work Tasks Pro app to automatically fill these settings in the Manage Account screen.

Tap the Scan QR Code icon.

Scan this QR Code in the AVEVA Work Tasks Pro app.
The values configured for the following settings in the Farm Configuration wizard are considered by default.

Server Path

Repository
-
Provider
-

Enter the user name and password.
Note:
- If QR code image appears to be bigger in Farm Configuration and you are getting
an invalid QR code message, download the QR code and then scan it.
- To scan a QR code on Android device, keep your device orientation fixed after opening
the scanner to ensure successful scanning.
To delete Account
You can clear all the settings configured for an account.

In the Manage Account screen, tap the Overflow menu.

Tap Delete Account.
All the settings configured for the account are cleared.
