Before you install and use AVEVA Work Tasks Pro on your mobile device, ensure that the following prerequisites are met:

AVEVA Work Tasks Server must be installed and properly configured. Once the server-side configuration is complete, you can proceed with installing the mobile application.

The installed version of AVEVA Work Tasks must be compatible with the mobile application. Refer to System Requirements.

Hardware Requirements
For supported versions of iOS, Windows, and Android, refer to AVEVA Work Tasks Release Notes.
Other Requirements
Internet Connectivity
AVEVA Work Tasks Pro requires a stable and reliable internet connection to:

Synchronize tasks and data between the mobile application and the AVEVA Work Tasks server.

Receive push notifications on mobile devices.
Azure Service Bus and Network Access

If AVEVA Work Tasks Pro needs to be accessed from outside the corporate network (remote access), you must create a Service Bus Relay within a Service Bus Namespace in your Azure subscription.

Allow firewall access to the following ports to enable communication:

Ports 80 or 443: Required to communicate with the push notification servers.

Ports 9350, 9351, 9352, or 9353: Required for Service Bus communication when accessing outside the corporate network.

For Apple devices, additional ports are required for push notifications. For more information, see Apple Push Notification service.
