The AVEVA Identity Manager (AIM) provides a mechanism that handles user authentication requirements. It issues a access token to a workflow engine server registered as a client , requesting access to a secure software application.
Enabling AVEVA Identity Manager to be used with AVEVA Work Tasks
The following image shows the essential steps required to enable AIM with AVEVA Work Tasks:

Step 1: Install and Configure AVEVA Work Tasks

Step 2: Register AVEVA Work Tasks as a client in AIM

Step 3: Configure and Invoke a Web API

Configure Web API with access token authentication from the Web API list.
