Follow the instructions below to Localize Editor control in WorkflowMemo and Wizard.

Follow the steps given in the link Steps to Localize AVEVA Work Tasks.

Browse to the Telerik folder according to the theme configured to the repository. For example, if the default theme is enabled, then the Telerik folder will be inside - ..\BPMUITemplates\Default\themes\default\telerik\RadControls\Editor\Localization folder path.
If the repository is not theme enabled, then refer to - BPMUITemplates\Default\telerik\RadControls\Editor\Localization folder path.
Note: By default, Rad Editor localization folder contains English, French, and German culture key values. If the user configures in different cultures then the user must copy the en-us folder and copy it to their respective culture folders.
