Link Pop-up Reports

Show as a link to a report view in your form to open the report view as a pop-up window.

• Follow the steps for Editing Properties of Controls till you a get the Properties dialog box for the Report Viewer control.

To link a report

1. Click the Report Configuration button. The Report Configuration page appears.

2. Under Report View Option, click Popup.

3. Under Display Options, click the required options to show the selected UI elements in the report view.

4. In the Report Template list, click a report template based on which the report view is generated.

5. Under Parameters, set the values for the required report template parameters.

6. Click Include Hidden Parameters to show the hidden report template parameters, and then set the values, if required.

7. Click Submit. The configuration is saved and the Report Configuration page is closed.

   Note:
   - If you select the Parameter Prompts option (under Display Options in Report Configuration), then ensure the Width and Height properties set for the control is at least 250 pixels to display the report view properly.
   - Similarly, if the Parameter Prompts option is not selected, then ensure the Width and Height properties set for the control is at least 200 pixels to display the report view properly.
