Farm Configuration Error

1. Issue:

When you run the Farm Configuration Wizard, the following error message appears.

Probable Cause

This error occurs if there is a change in the IP address of the machine, where AVEVA Work Tasks is configured.

Resolution

Restart all the AVEVA Work Tasks Services.

2. Continuous Error Logs in WTLogger Console

The following errors are logged continuously in the WTLogger Console.

Probable Cause

While uninstalling AVEVA Work Tasks from a machine, all the files might not be completely removed, due to some issues. When you install AVEVA Work Tasks on this machine, the above issue might occur.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, perform the following:

1. Browse to the Installed folder of AVEVA Work Tasks.

2. Remove the folder.

3. Restart the machine.

4. Install the latest version of AVEVA Work Tasks.

3. The Farm Configuration Wizard crashes while configuring License Server 3.6 version

Probable Cause:

The port number goes as blank while configuring License server.

Resolution:

Provide the port number as 55555 to continue with Farm configuration.
