Synchronize User Properties with Data Source Providers

You can synchronize the user properties with the data source provider. For example, User properties like Name, E-mail, and any persisted columns can be synchronized.

Synchronization can be done for Active and Inactive users but it cannot be done for the users who are not part of the data source provider.

1. In the Central Configuration, click Manage Users. The Manage Users page appears.

2. Click Synchronize user properties with DataSource Providers. The Synchronize Users List page appears.
