Map or Un-map a Repository from an Existing Enterprise Console

To map a Repository

  1. On the Windows Start menu, point to Programs, point to AVEVA, and then click Farm Configuration Wizard.

    The Welcome to the AVEVA Work Tasks Configuration Wizard appears.

  2. Click Next.

    The Edit AVEVA Work Tasks Farm Settings window is displayed.

  3. Select Service settings.

  4. Click Next.

    The Services/Global Settings page is displayed.

  5. Click against Enterprise Console option.

    The Enterprise Console Settings page is displayed.

  6. Select the existing Enterprise Console from Existing Enterprise Consoles section.

  7. Select the required repository(s) to be mapped to the selected site.

    For example, select 'SPTest' and 'HCL-Roland-Repo' repositories using Ctrl key.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Click OK.

  10. Click Finish.

To un-map a Repository

  1. On the Windows Start menu, point to Programs, point to AVEVA, and then click Farm Configuration Wizard.

    The Welcome to the AVEVA Work Tasks Configuration Wizard appears.

  2. Click Next.

    The Edit AVEVA Work Tasks Farm Settings window is displayed.

  3. Select Service settings.

  4. Click Next.

    The Services/Global Settings page is displayed.

  5. Click against Enterprise Console option.

    The Enterprise Console Settings page is displayed.

  6. Select the existing Enterprise Console from Existing Enterprise Consoles section.

  7. Deselect the repository(s) in the Repositories to un-map.

    This will un-map the selected repository from the selected Enterprise Console.

    You can select multiple repositories using the Ctrl or Shift keys.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Click OK.

  10. Click Finish.
