In a load balanced environment, ensure that the AVEVA Work Tasks Windows services are not restarted at the same time in all machines. Hence, if MaintenanceRestart is configured, ensure that the timing is not the same in all the boxes. If MaintenanceRestart timing is same, then the client service will restart the remaining Services at the same time in all the machines.
In a load balanced environment, the Communication Service is restarted only in one box. During Farm Configuration, the Administrator has to configure the Communication Server too. The configuration value "Listener IP Address" has to be the IP address or computer name of the machine where the Communication Service will be running.
The Client service will monitor the Communication Service only if the Computer name or IP address of the machine matches with the Listener IP Address. Else, the Client Service will not monitor the Communication Service in that box.
The Advanced Service is monitored only in a load balanced environment.
If it is a client machine which is installed with only the web server, then that machine will not be monitored.
