The following are the differences between integration and SOA:

Script activity object life cycle is limited to the script. In SOA, the object life cycle is automatically managed by AVEVA Work Tasks and there are activities using JIT.

Use methods and properties of object without using intermediate variables.

Using SOA activity is easier than using Script activity.

SOA is security enabled whereas Script activity security is not enabled.
