Service Bus Listener Error

1.The exception Could not connect to workflow engine appears on click of Test.

Resolution:

• In a Standalone environment, ensure the Workflow engine is running.

• In an Enterprise server environment, ensure the Advance Server Service is running in the server where the test is performed and ensure that the Workflow engine is running in at least one of the servers in the environment.

2. Web Exception occurred: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized..Status Code: ProtocolError. Check logger for more details.

Probable Cause:

Anonymous access is not enabled for the Enterprise Console in IIS 6.

Resolution:

1. Access IIS Manager.

2. Click AVEVAWorkTasksSites, and then click Enterprise Console.

3. Right-click Enterprise Console and select Properties. The Properties dialog box appears.

4. Click the Directory Security tab, and then click Edit in Authentication and Access Control. The Authentication Mode appears.

5. Select Enable Anonymous access, and enter the credentials of the administrator.

6. In Authenticated Access, select Basic authentication (password is sent in clear text).

7. Click OK.

8. Test the Service Bus Listener.
