Limitations

The Workflow-Toolbox provides a list of GatewayObject instances configured in Galaxy. Selecting a GatewayObject instance will list the EC menu for the mapped repository in Tree view. Clicking on the link will open the respective tab window on the right side of the IDE. Using the Workflow-Toolbox users can work with multiple repositories. However, there is no support for working with multiple repositories (GatewayObject instance) at the same time. Close all the open windows for a repository before working on another repository. Switching over to one repository while having one or more windows open for different Repository could lead to termination of session. Multiple presses on the Back button on these windows is not supported.

Authentication or Verifier user credential used for the 'Write' Attribute should be a user-created before deploying the GatewayObject. Any user used for authentication or verification after GatewayObject deployment may not work and may require a redeploy of GatewayObject.
