Troubleshoot Issues

Issue:

In case of multiple providers, unable to browse the AVEVA Work Tasks website for URL mapped to Information Server.

Resolution:

  1. In the AVEVA Work Tasks Connector Configuration for Information Server window, delete the provisioned repository.

  2. Click Add New to add a new repository.

    The Server and Repository details window appears.

  3. Enter the Unique Environment Name, Server address, Authentication User Domain, Authentication User ID, Authentication, and User Password.

  4. Click Test Connection.

  5. In Provision window, select the Provider.

  6. Enter user name and password, and then click Authorize.

    The Repository name will be populated in the Server and Repository details window.

  7. Go to Advanced tab.

  8. Select the correct User Provider Name from the available list.

  9. Click Connect.
