Upgrade Scenarios

After the product is upgraded, you might come across the following observations, while opening any existing package:

• For database connection artifact in a package, the password specified before the upgrade, is not retained. You have to manually enter the password again in the Package Settings form.

• For the artifacts such as Manage List, Custom List, Database Lookup, Queue, or Database Activity, SQL scripts are not available for the existing package. To resolve this issue, you have to open the package and rebuild the artifact or create a new package template.

• For report template path, the Resolving Template Path grid is not displayed. To resolve this issue, you have to open the package and rebuild the artifact or create a new package template.

• If some lists and/or items are modified during upgrade, some artifacts might be marked as modified in the existing packages.
