Associate Forms to Workflows

Associate a form to a workflow to initiate the workflow when the form is submitted.
Associated forms appear in the Fill Form page only when the forms, the workflows, and the folders containing them are published.
You can associate multiple forms to a workflow.
You can overwrite SFFormData of a workflow associated with another version of the form, considering that the existing version of the form is a primary form.
To associate a form to a workflow

In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, and then click Forms. The Forms page appears.

Right-click on a form, and then click Associate (or click on a form, and then on the action bar, click Associate).

Note: When you edit the association, the existing association details of the form gets deleted.

Note:
- Ensure the form is published before associating the form to a workflow. Otherwise,
the SFFormData will not show the schema in the workflow.
- Ensure the associated form is republished, the SFFormData is reloaded and saved, and the workflow is republished when there is an update in
the form. Otherwise, the SFFormData will not show the updated schema in the workflow.
- When the workflow is associated with the unpublished Form (primary Form), you need
to either publish the primary Form or dissociate the workflow to associate it with
the other Form.
- You cannot unpublish the Form defined as a part of mapping details in the other
Form.
