You can verify the installation of the AVEVA Work Tasks Extension for System Platform from the AVEVA Work Tasks Connector for System Platform installation.

You can check the SKProduct table in the Farm database for the Product name along with the version number and the Build Version. The Build Version information will be in the 6.X.XXXX format.
