You can configure the following services for AVEVA Work Tasks:

Workflow Engine: This service is required and must be running for processing AVEVA Work Tasks workflow requests.

Task Scheduler: This service handles the execution of all tasks that have not taken place as scheduled (escalations).

Communication Service: This service handles incoming e-mail and SMS communication.

Mobile Notification Service: This service handles notifications sent to the AVEVA Work Tasks Pro mobile application.

Advance Server service: This service provides Load Balancing and Failover. This service will be enabled only if the Load Balanced Server license is acquired.
The Central Configuration Settings and the Enterprise Console Settings are available only after a Farm is created.
Note: For any of the services, if you update the port number, then manually restart the IIS server using the iisreset command.
