Issue

In a fresh installation environment, after configuring the AVEVA Work Tasks sites, when you try to open Central Configuration, you get the following error message:

Resolution

  1. Open the IIS Manager, and then go to server level.

  2. In the Features View, click ISAPI and CGI Restrictions. The ISAPI and CGI Restrictions window opens.

  3. Change the Restriction of ASP.Net v4.0.30319 to Allowed.
