Organize Form Controls

Organize a form control by performing one of the following:

  • Moving the form control to a folder.

  • Making the form control a child item of another form control.

To organize a form control by moving the form control to a folder

  1. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, click Tools, and then click Form Controls. The Form Controls window appears.

  2. On the action bar, click Organize. The Organize Form Controls dialog box appears.

  3. Drag a form control to a folder. The form control is moved to the folder.

  4. Click Close. The Organize Form Controls dialog box is closed.

To organize a form control by making the form control a child item of another form control

  1. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, click Tools, and then click Form Controls. The Form Controls window appears.

  2. On the action bar, click Organize. The Organize Form Controls dialog box appears.

  3. Drag a form control to another form control. The form control is now a child item of another form control.

  4. Click Close. The Organize Form Controls dialog box is closed.
