Workflow Action Step Level

You can view the workflow action step level exceptions from the BAM reports.

  1. Go to Enterprise Console menu, and then click Reports.

    The Business Activity Monitoring page appears.

  2. Click Analyze, click Transaction, and then click Failed.

    Details of All Workflows Executed with Errors appear on the right pane.

  3. Double-click an item to open.

    You can see the workflow processes from Analyst View, Progress View, or Execution View in the dialog box that appears.

  4. Click any tab, and then double-click the failed activity.

    You can see the details of the particular activity in the dialog box that appears.

  5. Click the View Exceptions tab to see all the exceptions that has occurred for the particular workflow instance.
