Start the Farm Configuration Wizard

The AVEVA Work Tasks Farm Configuration Wizard starts immediately after the AVEVA Work Tasks installation is complete.

1. Click Next.

   A dialog box appears listing the unchecked MSDTC settings and asking your confirmation to continue with the current MSDTC settings.

2. If you want to continue with the current MSDTC settings, click Yes.

   The Cryptography Settings window appears.

3. Configure cryptography settings and click Next.

   You are prompted to acquire the license from the License Server and then Select the type of installation window appears.

If the Farm Configuration Wizard is not started automatically due to any reason, you can manually start the wizard by performing the following:

4. Close the Farm Configuration Wizard window that is automatically opened.

5. On the Windows Start menu, point to Programs, point to AVEVA, and then select Farm Configuration Wizard.

6. Right-click Farm Configuration Wizard, and then click Run as administrator.

   The Welcome to the Farm Configuration Wizard screen appears.

7. Click Next.

   A dialog box appears listing the unchecked MSDTC settings and asking your confirmation to continue with the current MSDTC settings.

8. If you want to continue with the current MSDTC settings, click Yes.

   The Cryptography Settings window appears.

9. Configure cryptography settings and click Next.

   You are prompted to acquire the license from the License Server and then Select the type of installation window appears.
