View User Reference

This option of User Tools helps you search for an Actor's direct references in the published versions of the workflow.
To Search for an actor's direct references in a Workflow

Log in to Enterprise Console and navigate to Tools > User Tools > View User Reference. The Search for User's Direct References in a Workflow dialog box appears.

Click on the User Lookup icon beside the Select Actor field. The User Lookup dialog is displayed.

Search and select the User.

Click Update. The selected actor will be updated in the Select Actor field.

Click on the drop down in the Select Workflow field and select a workflow to check if the actor Rick is directly referenced in it.

Click Search. The View Workflow User Reference dialog will be refreshed and all published versions of the selected workflow where the selected actors direct reference is used will be displayed.

Published versions of the workflow will be displayed here when the actors direct reference is present in any one of the following activity properties in the workflow:
