Mobile Notification Service

The Mobile Notification Service ensures reliable delivery of notification to the registered mobile application. These notifications are sent through the Azure notification hub.

The timely delivery of notification depends on the network speed. Hence, we recommend to have a good internet connectivity.

An entry is made in the SKNotificationMessage table when there is connectivity failure and the workflow engine is not able to send a notification. The Mobile Notification Service reads SKNotificationMessage table, fetches the notification, and sends it to the registered mobile device.

The Mobile Notification Service Settings window has the following tabs that you can use to subscribe and configure this service:

• Register to Mobile Notification Service

• Retry Settings

• Enterprise Server Settings (This tab appears only in case of Enterprise Server environment.)
