Limitations

The Workflow-Toolbox provides a list of the WorkflowGateway instances configured in Galaxy. Selecting a WorkflowGateway instance will list the Enterprise Console menu for the mapped repository in the Tree view. Clicking on the link will open the respective tab window on the right side of the IDE. Using the Workflow-Toolbox users can work with multiple repositories. However, there is no support for working with multiple repositories (WorkflowGateway instance) at the same time. Close all the open windows for a repository, before working on another repository. Switching over to one repository while having one or more windows open for a different repository could lead to termination of session. Multiple presses on the Back button on these windows is not supported.

Authentication or the Verifier user credential used for the 'Write' Attribute should be user-created before deploying WorkflowGateway. Any user used for authentication or verification after WorkflowGateway deployment may not work and require a redeploy of WorkflowGateway.
