Disable Workflow Associations

To disable a workflow association

1. Select and right-click the workflow for which you want to disable associations.

2. Click View Associations.

   The associations of the workflow appears.

3. Right-click the association to be disabled, and then click Disable.

   The association is disabled.

   The disabled association appears grayed out and cannot be accessed.

4. Click OK.

   Note: If a workflow is disabled, the event associated with it will not get triggered. You will be able to trigger the workflow only when the association is enabled.
