BPMN Intermediate Events

Intermediate Events are usually placed at the boundary of an activity. They denote the triggers that can interrupt the activity. The activity will stop executing and the process flow will be rerouted from the Event. The different types of Intermediate Event are Timer, Exceptions, Messages.
